Our room at the Inn was spacious and very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast the next day was so delicious and the waffle machine made my morning. There was such a large variety of choice fresh fruit, waffles cereals hot and cold drinks, by far my most memorable breakfast from the Inns we had stayed at! Location was also perfect! Apologies in advance for the images we arrived late in the evening!

We wanted to experience something different on our CA-1 Road Trip this summer and are so glad that we found the Victorian Inn in Monterey. The hotel is clean and charming. Our girls loved the vaulted ceilings and fireplace in our room. The location is extremely convenient to Cannery Row and the Aquarium. We found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful. We only wish we'd have been able to stay longer! I'd recommend the Victorian Inn to anyone traveling in Northern CA.

This hotel was wonderful. The lady on reception let us check in early. The furnishings were comfortable and stylish. The room was clean and tidy. Loved the step in shower the breakfast was good and plentiful. Easy access to Cannery Row. Thank you. A great polite and helpful staff

Victorian Inn is a very charming hotel in Monterey. Our room was very large. My compliments to the housekeeping because everything was perfectly cleaned. During the morning of our departure, there was a major power outage in Monterey. Thankfully, we were still able to shower with hot water. We were very happy about that. Breakfast could not be served as usual due to the power outage but the staff did everything they could to provide as much as possible. Great hotel, I definitely recommend it.

This is hands down the best hotel we've ever stayed at in Monterey. From the service, to the free breakfast and wine and cheese hour, this is by far our favorite hotel in Monterey. Alyssa at the front desk is wonderful and took very good care of us, as did the reservation hostess who took our reservation. We celebrated our anniversary this trip and were greeted with happy anniversary wishes along with chocolates and wine in our room. The Victorian Inn staff really cares about the customer. It's very refreshing to see the level of care they put into making each guest feel at home. We will always stay here when coming to visit Monterey because we can't see how any other hotel can match up to the Victorian Inn and their staff. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you again for a wonderful experience.

Great location! Walkable to cannery row. The free breakfast was so good! Fresh waffles, croissants, fruit, great coffee, etc.

Staff was friendly always had a smile and willing to help. The continental breakfast had more selections than expected.

The hotel lost power during the night, but the staff did their best to get something for breakfast. It was all good, service and staffing
