This is hands down the best hotel we've ever stayed at in Monterey. From the service, to the free breakfast and wine and cheese hour, this is by far our favorite hotel in Monterey. Alyssa at the front desk is wonderful and took very good care of us, as did the reservation hostess who took our reservation. We celebrated our anniversary this trip and were greeted with happy anniversary wishes along with chocolates and wine in our room. The Victorian Inn staff really cares about the customer. It's very refreshing to see the level of care they put into making each guest feel at home. We will always stay here when coming to visit Monterey because we can't see how any other hotel can match up to the Victorian Inn and their staff. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you again for a wonderful experience.

Great location! Walkable to cannery row. The free breakfast was so good! Fresh waffles, croissants, fruit, great coffee, etc.

Staff was friendly always had a smile and willing to help. The continental breakfast had more selections than expected.

The hotel lost power during the night, but the staff did their best to get something for breakfast. It was all good, service and staffing

Great location and staff. Cozy, quiet - we were very pleased.

Easy check in. Had rolling carts available to move in luggage (although help was available if we wanted it). Underground parking at facility. Absolutely beautiful decor. Staff was very nice and, since we were driving, they were able to let us check-in a little before time. Beautiful breakfast served in parlor next to office with everything from omelets to fresh fruit to whatever you would like, including gluten-free items for those that need it. No detail in any area was forgotten. Everything was great! Hope to come back when we can stay longer!

As always, enjoyed our stay at Victorian Inn! Thanks Ethan for giving us a suite in the original Lane House. Amazing interior detail. No complaints. The apple streusel at breakfast was divine and the Coppola wine at the reception was an improvement.

This was a very nice find! Location was perfect, walking distance to Cannery Row and Aquarium. Very clean, great staff, happy hour and breakfast, easy check out and underground parking. Room was large and clean, had a fireplaceWill definitely stay there again.

This inn is always our first choice when ever we come to Monterey. From making the reservation to the check out we are treated like royalty. The parking garage is under the inn and has a real live guard on premises. In the garage there are items for you to use to check your oil, and wash your cars windows. There are always luggage carts in the garage for your luggage as well and plug ins for electrics cars in the garage. This inn has breakfast in the main area every morning and every afternoon you are treated to wines, fruit , cheese, and crackers. The rooms are always very clean and beds very luxuriously appointed. Fireplaces and balconies are also very nice and when you check in to your room you have ,bottles of water glasses and chocolates waiting for you. This is by far the best value in Monterey.🥂
