Great place to stay! Blocks to Cannery Row. Super breakfast and wine and cheese at 5:00 was welcomed! Staff friendly, rooms big, fireplace wonderful! Will stay again and highly recommend!

This was our first stay here and it will not be our last. The room was nice, comfortable, and clean. The grounds were lovely. Most importantly, the staff is excellent. It was our wedding anniversary and I made a simple request to surprise my wife upon arrival, the staff went above and beyond my expectations. Everyone from the front desk clerks to the ladies that worked the breakfast area were friendly and efficient. The Front desk clerk even told me Happy Anniversary when I checked in. Cannery Row is easily in walking distance which made it nice to be able to walk to dinner, shops, and the aquarium. The continental breakfast has to be one of the best I've seen with a variety of hot and cold foods. We will definitely be coming back.

My husband & I are very pleased this year after comming there for 3 years in a row for our anniversary. The staff is excellent our room this year was so quite & enjoyable. We love the location & how the Inn takes into consideration our needs when addressed. We love the happiness the gentleman had at the front desk when helping us out in every way. He made us feel so special & comfortable where we knew we were in good hands, he left us with such a positive feeling. Thank you for that you don't see that hardly anywhere..

Very helpful with special requests and super friendly, helpful and courteous

This hotel has been my annual birthday getaway for 15 years. I book for 5 nights. The first people you meet there is the front desk staff. Selene, Lauren and Alyssa are exceptional. So friendly, helpful, and they make you feel right at home. The location is so convenient to the aquarium and Cannery Row. Plenty of great places to eat. I always have dinner at The Chart House on my last evening, and what a view of Monterey Bay! It's only a five minute walk from the hotel. There is even a CVC drug store a couple of blocks away just in case you forgot something at home. Plan to make my 16th visit next year.

We enjoyed a comfy and spacious room with a fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and bay windows to look onto the street with our doggy. Considering the convenient location to Cannery Row, the room was quiet and street mellow. Would definitely stay here again.

I wanted convenience to the aquarium and dining with a clean comfortable place to stay. BW Victorian met all my expectations. Close enough I could walk my 5 year old grand kids to the aquarium and to dining. Only took the car once to Dennis the Menace park. I recommend this hotel for that type of a stay.

We stayed two nights and loved how centralized the hotel was to Cannery Row, aquarium, shops and fishermen’s wharf. The rooms were immaculate and had a warm-homey feeling. We reserved two rooms as we had family from abroad visit. They loved their visit to Monterey. We will definitely stay again. Thank you for making our get-a-way a pleasant one.
