Perfect location to walk to Canary Row, Schooners, and the aquarium. Beautiful “Victorian” with a row of Victorian rooms. Ours had a beautiful fireplace and exquisite furniture and lovely bathroom with two sinks. The mattress was heavenly. The complimentary breakfast was perfect and delicious coffee. We will be back and choose this place for sure. We liked everything!

Staff was exceptional. Everyone I came in contact with from the front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, were all very kind and went out of their way to help with anything we needed. The included breakfast was really good as well.

We had a fantastic stay at the Victorian Inn! We felt welcomed and pampered from check-in, to the wine hour, sparkling water and chocolates in the room, ending with a delicious hot breakfast of omelets and sausages. The room was well-insulated so we weren't bothered by outside noises, comfortable bed and pillows, great water pressure in the shower. This was our dog's first hotel visit and she was impressed with her own personal water bowl and anytime dog biscuits in the lobby! Covered underground parking and only a few blocks from Cannery Row made it a perfect visit to Monterey.

This place was an absolute home run. The location can't be beat. The breakfast has tons of delicious options and the service was friendly and family-like. Highly recommend paying a little extra for the rooms with a fireplace. It was soooo cozy getting to fall asleep to a beautiful fire during the chilly rainy nights. Will definitely be back! Had such an incredible stay here for my birthday. The staff is so diligent and works so hard to make everything perfect and run smoothly. The breakfast was delicious and they were so quick to make sure everything was clean and refilled, they are so appreciated! We loved the fireplace and balcony, and the bottle of wine and chocolate they left in our room :) will definitely be back!!

I will stay here again. Convenient walking to Canery Row. Beds were very comfy. Rooms were large and clean. Buffet Breakfast was yummy and tons of breakfast choices. Try the omelet, it was very good. Afternoon wine and cheese was a nice bonus.
