Good location, walkable to Cannery Row and the Aquarium. The staff was very friendly and the social hour was great with wine and cheese. We really enjoyed meeting and conversing with our fellow travelers. The room was very spacious and included a fireplace. Great place to stay in Monterey

Breakfast was excellent ! I had expected a typical continental variety of cereals and premade baked goods but they also had hot choices, like oatmeal, egg fritattas, waffles. The staff is prompt, so nice and friendly! Happy hour is an added bonus. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Having the fireplace is so nice for ambiance end warming up after a cooler day. The bathroom has two separate sinks, which is great for couples and families to get ready. The facilities are so beautiful and well kept! The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions and restaurants. We walked everywhere ! CVS and other essential services are within walking distance. Overall, we had a beautiful and peaceful stay at the Victoran Inn and look forward a future stay for sure! No complaints here!

Pet friendly hotel. My dog Boogie enjoyed his stay as well as my mom and I. Covered garage parking easy access by the elevator. The complimentary breakfast has simple but good options. Wine and cheese at 5pm to 6pm complimentary as well. Location is close to restaurants and The Cannery Row. Overall a nice place to stay to be close to everything.

Fantastic location, easy walking to the Aquarium, Cannery Row, and the beach! We brought our golden retriever with us and appreciated how dog-friendly they are! Free breakfast was great and the parking garage made parking very convenient.

We had the loveliest time at the Victorian Inn. It is a 5-minute walk to the beach. The place was so clean and the staff was very kind. We loved how close it was to everything.

We feel like a guests at the Victorian Inn. The staff are welcoming and we love the cheese and wine time. It’s the perfect snack before we head out for the evening after a day of exploring Monterey and Carmel. The breakfast is fantastic! We recommend this place to our friends and this is the only place we’ll stay when we visit Monterey!

This was our second stay at the Victorian Inn, and it remains a great choice if you're looking for a dog-friendly, centrally located, and walkable hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the TV setup allows you to cast from your own device, like an iPad or phone. Staff is friendly and responsive, easy parking, with elevators. They offer complimentary wine and cheese at 5 PM, which is a lovely touch, and the included breakfast is a nice bonus. Overall, a cozy and convenient place to stay-- we recommend it especially if you're traveling with pets.

Quaint inn close to the Monterey Aquarium and activities. Older rooms, but they were well kept. Wine happy hour in the evenings and breakfast in the ams. On site (paid) parking available.
