Everything about this establishment is first class. Each and every employee from the manager to the grounds keepers have always been courteous and well dressed. We have stayed here several times and would not think of staying else where while in Monterey. I have and will continue to. recommend this establishment to others

A great boutique hotel which we have stayed at before. It's great location is within walking distance to Cannery Row, in Monterey, California. The morning breakfast and afternoon wine and cheese reception is well done: a great time to chat with fellow travelers.

Rooms are quite large and clean. Beds were really comfortable and shower was good too. Nice touch is the cheese and wine in the afternoon. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was more than adequate. Overall would recommend as location for Fishermans Wharf and Cannery Row is good

Very nice hotel - staff were really friendly and helpful. Super hot and cold breakfasts. Also free bottled water available from reception. There was a welcome gas log fire for the occasional chilly evening.

I have stayed at motels and hotels across the United States and in Asia but have found no better. The staff went overboard to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely do it again next Anniversary if not before.

We have been here before for one night, this time we stayed for 3. Lovely comfortable rooms, reception very accommodating if you need anything. Breakfast is good, a choice and plenty of it. The wine and cheese was a nice touch. Highly recommended

I stay here frequently for business. Location is walking distance from a wonderful variety of great restaurants as well as the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row. Staff are consistently friendly and helpful.

The staff at this place is wonderful. They are very friendly and helpful for whatever you need. We arrived in the afternoon after riding the Harley all day. In the lobby they have a nice big container of ice water, which was wonderful for us. They also have several different kinds of fruit to choose from. Our room was already for us. We have a best western rewards card. In our room we found a welcome card, a bottle of wine, wine glasses, and some chocolates. It does not get better than that. They do have real coffee cups and the one cup coffee maker. They have coffee, tea, hot chocolate in the room you have breakfast in if you do not want to make coffee in your room. Breakfast is from 7-10, but it was always ready before that. That was amazing to us. We like to get up and going for the day, so a big plus for us. The room is within walking distance to the aquarium and cannery row. Once we arrived, we walked every place. There is also a Starbucks within walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff here are great.

This hotel FAR exceeded my expectations. By far the nicest Best Western Plus I've stayed in (and I've stayed in more than a few over the years!). From the wine and chocolate en-suite, to the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room (looking inwards to the courtyard with lovely chairs), to the complimentary wine and cheese hour (Victor was great pouring the wine!), and the breakfast... I was very impressed. If I hadn't REALLY REALLY had to keep going the next day, I would've absolutely stayed another night. Thank you so much!

In all of our travels, Victorian Inn is the very best. We were very surprised to find such a wonderful place. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Like to take Victorian Inn with us !!
