This property was only a two block walk from the Cannery Row shops. It made it easy so we didn't have to find a place to park down in that area. The wine and cheese each evening was a plus as was the morning breakfast. The facility is a little older but seems to be well kept up. No issues with the room or the area around the facility.

It was very relaxed and homey. The rooms are spacious and relaxing and I like the vintage decor. Comfortable beds and breakfast was excellent with a beautiful room to dine in. Staff were really helpful and friendly and I enjoyed the aperitif in the evening.

Very nice staff, starting at the receptionist and all staff we met. Fantastic idea with the afternoon wine and cheese hour, we really enjoyed the time. Rooms are spacious and very clean

The property was perfect! It has character and charm and is conveniently located to Cannery Row, 17 Mile Drive, and Fisherman’s Wharf.

Best hotel I have been in long time!

Very pretty. The wine and cheese was a plus. The breakfast was excellent. The decor was really nice and the staff was always smiling Nothing. Everyone was fine

lovely breakfast and 5 mins walk to Monterey Bay Aquarium - We booked two nights to visit Monterey & Carmel. The photos don't do this place justice - First it looked like a small B&B and then like a motel - which it is neither - it's a great, friendly and comfortable hotel with large comfortable rooms and nice bathrooms. The breakfast is great, they have relatively cheap parking and the location is great - a few minutes walk to Cannery Row, Monterey Bay Aquarium, restaurants (we'd recommend Hulas Island Grill), and a 15 minute drive to Carmel & 17 mile drive. Would absolutely recommend this place - such great value.
