Rooms sufficient for relaxing & sleeping with a comfortable bed. Room service was excellent. Breakfast very tastey. Good selection of bread, muffins, bagels, fresh fruit; hot entre changes each day. Location is excellent-we could walk to the aquarium and historic Monterey easily. This was our 2nd stay at Victorian Inn. Each visit was very enjoyable.

Great hotel to stay at. The amenities at this hotel were incredible and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. We will definitely be staying here again

We loved our stay at Victoria Inn. Our room was extremely spacious, very clean and had an old school charm about it. We had a fireplace and small balcony as well. The breakfast is included and had a good selection of toasts, fruits, cereal and hot foods. We also loved the free wine and cheese hour. It was well located in walking it since of a lot of local attractions.

We had a lovely stay, the inn is in a great location, the room we had was big and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and we also enjoyed the wine and cheese in the afternoons - I especially liked the lemonade they served then aswell.

Centrally located. Close to cannery row and fisherman’s wharf. Easy getting in and out. Great breakfast. Cleaning crew are awesome. Loved the fireplace. Nice room.

I like this place for a few reasons. The price is pretty reasonable. Way less expensive than staying in a place, hotel or inn in Carmel. Two, it's cozy. Every room has a fireplace which is perfect for the cold temperatures in Monterey. Very essential to have all year round because when the ocean breeze kicks in the town, it is beyond cold. Nice perks for the inn; every night, they have a cheese and wine social in their cozy lobby that features, a large platter or cheese, strawberries, crackers and apples. Wine and tea is also served and every morning, they serve breakfast to their guests between 7 am and 10 am in the morning. Rooms are basic but nice with a fireplace as previously mentioned, a large comfy bed, over stuffed chairs and a bathroom. Overall, a nice place to stay. Recommend.

Everything about The Victorian Inn is exceptional. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was cozy, clean and very comfortable. The perks of continental breakfast and wine/cheese happy hour were much appreciated. When we visit Monterey, this will always be our first choice for places to stay.

We’ve stayed here multiple occasions and keep coming back. Location is great, we have small children and like to go to the aquarium. Lots of food options close by. Their breakfast is great and wine with cheese and crackers daily is a bonus! Place is older and updated but kept clean

Stayed here for 2 nights, and we had a good time. Staff member, Victor, was very welcoming and had excellent dinner recommendations! Also, the wine and cheese happy hour is great - I'm definitely recommending this place to friends and family.
