This hotel has been my annual birthday getaway for 15 years. I book for 5 nights. The first people you meet there is the front desk staff. Selene, Lauren and Alyssa are exceptional. So friendly, helpful, and they make you feel right at home. The location is so convenient to the aquarium and Cannery Row. Plenty of great places to eat. I always have dinner at The Chart House on my last evening, and what a view of Monterey Bay! It's only a five minute walk from the hotel. There is even a CVC drug store a couple of blocks away just in case you forgot something at home. Plan to make my 16th visit next year.

Helpful staff, clean, walking distance to the aquarium. Hotel lets you park in the underground garage after checkout and until 4pm, helpful if you plan to visit the aquarium.

We stayed at the Victoria Inn over Labor Day weekend. There were ten family members staying there. It is a great location -away from the hubbub of Monterey central but close enough to walk to everything. The rooms are lovely .The front desk staff is exceptional. They were very patient with my many phone calls and questions. And when we arrived they continued to be very helpful with our requests.

We enjoyed a comfy and spacious room with a fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and bay windows to look onto the street with our doggy. Considering the convenient location to Cannery Row, the room was quiet and street mellow. Would definitely stay here again.

I wanted convenience to the aquarium and dining with a clean comfortable place to stay. BW Victorian met all my expectations. Close enough I could walk my 5 year old grand kids to the aquarium and to dining. Only took the car once to Dennis the Menace park. I recommend this hotel for that type of a stay.
