It's the best of both worlds here; the historic Victorian home is a great place to relax and read, and the breakfast in the dining room is delicious! Then, we could enjoy all the modern amenities with the guestrooms in the buildings next door. Fire-place, comfy bedding, nice hot showers, they are great! The location is perfect, also the best of both worlds. It's close to everything, the Aquarium, Cannery Row, and the trail, but it's on a quiet street nearby that feels residential. We will be back!

We will be back! Friendly, clean, spacious rooms. We really enjoyed the stay, the inn is central to Cannery Row/the aquarium. We are already planning our next stay.

Our room was HUGE! Window seat, vaulted ceilings, and the fireplace made for a cozy getaway. Their TVs have casting capability to your phone!!!! We parked under the hotel and walked everywhere....the aquarium, Cannery Row, and Fisherman's Wharf are just a few blocks away. Continental breakfast was decent, with a variety of items to satisfy most.

When planning a last minute trip to Monterey, we were unsure of where to stay. Made the right choice by staying at the Victorian Inn. All staff were caring and was a beautiful stay. Beautiful and spacious rooms that make your stay amazing. Our room had a street balcony that some may enjoy to have breakfast. The breakfast buffet times make it enjoyable as well with lots of options from bagels, sandwiches, oatmeal, and waffles. I will be coming back here in the future!

This was a great place to stay! Location was excellently, rooms were cozy with a personal gas fireplace which made it even better! Staff was great and added wine and cheese hour was nice to meet other guests. We will definitely be back!

This is a lovely hotel and we really enjoyed our 4 night stay. It is conveniently located close to the aquarium, restaurants, etc, but a few streets away from the hustle and bustle of Cannery Row so that it was nice and quiet. The staff were all wonderful, there was plenty of parking, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. We loved the included breakfast every morning, especially the delicious savory croissants, and the evening wine and cheese reception! We would definitely stay here again!

Ein tolles Hotel. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit Kamin und zwei bequemen Sesseln. Zimmer sah aus wie aus einer anderen Zeit, aber im Positiven. Ganz toll, alles stimmig und sauber. Bett total bequem. Frühstück sehr lecker, echte Teller und Besteck. Frisches Obst (Erdbeeren, Weintrauben etc.) Im Ort Monterey ist allerdings nicht so extrem viel zu entdecken.
