This is hands down the best hotel we've ever stayed at in Monterey. From the service, to the free breakfast and wine and cheese hour, this is by far our favorite hotel in Monterey. Alyssa at the front desk is wonderful and took very good care of us, as did the reservation hostess who took our reservation. We celebrated our anniversary this trip and were greeted with happy anniversary wishes along with chocolates and wine in our room. The Victorian Inn staff really cares about the customer. It's very refreshing to see the level of care they put into making each guest feel at home. We will always stay here when coming to visit Monterey because we can't see how any other hotel can match up to the Victorian Inn and their staff. Very clean and comfortable loved the victorian style of the place. Located within walking distance of everything you need to go visit around cannery row or the local bars near it.

The hubs and stayed here during a quick birthday/overnight trip to the Aquarium. Our room was beautiful and spacious, and the staff left a surprise birthday gift in the room. The property is an easy walk to Cannery Row and several different eateries. We'll definitely be adding this place to the top of our "easy getaway" list and will look forward to staying here again!

Our room at the Inn was large and very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast the next day was so delicious and the waffle machine made my morning. There was such a large variety of choice fresh fruit, waffles cereals hot and cold drinks, by far my most memorable breakfast from the Inns we had stayed at! Apologies in advance for the lighting in the images we arrived late evening!

This is our go to place while in Monterey. Just park your car and walk to all of the attractions. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Staff are great.

I appreciate the hotel where it is located at. Cannery Row to my left and the wharf to my right. Just walking distance.
