Absolutely the best, although the hotel from the outside looks vintage. The facilities/rooms are renovated, very well maintained and quite cozy. And its location is perfect for exploring on foot. Although they ask to pay for parking, it is comparable to parking in the area and going sightseeing. But would absolutely recommend 10/10 on my experience here.

A terrific find in Monterey. Walking to cannery row and the aquarium. Spacious and good beds. Pleasant breakfast setting for days you don't want to go out. Afternoon wine and cheese sweet idea but wasn't great tasting. I'll choose The Victorian Inn over any other if i return to Monterey.

We had an amazing experience at Victorian Inn! We had the premier room with vaulted ceilings and a marble gas fireplace, and the room was extremely spacious, clean, and luxurious. The location of this hotel is perfect, its walking distance to Cannery Row and the aquarium, but set apart a bit from the chaos of the main street. We especially loved the delicious hot breakfast every morning. Would definitely stay here again!

The Inn and location are great. The complementary breakfast was above average. The evening wine and cheese is a nice touch. The water pressure is awesome and hot water is quick. The TV’s allow you to cast to them. I would recommend this place.

One of the BEST Best Western hotels I have ever been to. Great location, clean and inviting rooms, freshly remodeled bathrooms and great staff. All in all one of my favorite places to stay for work in the Monterey Bay Area, so much so that this will be my tenth anual stay at this hotel. Good luck during car week though, some guests of mine inquired about staying here that week and were handed a wait list!
