After staying at numerous Best Westerns throughout the country this location was by far the best ! Our experience was of value to the staff and it is was warmly obvious. The value received far outpaced the cost!!!

Arrived super late and were given 5 star treatment by Rufus the night clerk. Did everything he could to get us to our room quickly. Our room was wonderful. Great fireplace, view of Monterey Bay and convenient walk to shops and restaurants. Priced right too. We'll be back!

We love staying at the Victorian Inn each year when we are in town for an annual conference. Staff are helpful and friendly. Walking distance to the Aquarium and the conference location we attend each year. Rooms are clean and nicely appointed. Beds are very comfortable. Happy hour and breakfast are nice too.

Did miss 2 stars bevor!we had a lovley Time. The rooms are causy( fireplace u.s.w. ) also tea and cake time, recommended highly !

Beautiful hotel, great views, great location. We loved the fireplace. Staff was all very nice and accommodating and it made for a great experience. The breakfast area is a little small, but it’s an established location, so they probably don’t have an ability to make it more spacious. Overall a fantastic experience.
