The hotel is a great location for walking to all the Cannery Row and Fisherman's Wharf locations in Monterey. We stayed twice in one vacation and had both a standard king and double bed. Both rooms were large. The king room had two large comfortable chairs in front of the fireplace and TV. This is so much more pleasant than the usual room where you sit on the bed and barely have room to walk. We also had two sinks in the bathroom area in both rooms. This made getting ready in the morning very quick. The interior garden landscaping is very attractive. Both rooms were on the first floor but seemed very quiet. There was a minimum of car noise with no honking or tire squealing. We found the beds to be a comfortable medium firmness, the breakfast good, and the staff super friendly. Staying at the Victorian Inn really added to our vacation

Convenient to everything in Monterey and has a very attentive staff. Grounds are beautiful with lots of flowers.

The amenities were wonderful but the staff is what made our stay so wonderful. This includes the servers, maids and maintenance people we talked with. So incredible . Thank them all. High fives to all!!

The best Hotel Stay. The room was amazing. The staff top 10 and the location from Canary Row was in walking distance. We will be back soon. Great experience.
