    There is no shortage of things to see at the Maritime Museum of Monterey. Along with the thousands of artifacts and photographs, there are seven exhibit areas to walk through. You’ll learn about everything from the Rumsien Indian tribes that used to live in Monterey to the USS Macon disaster to the city's successful sardine business. One of the highlights is the historic lens from the Point Sur Lighthouse.
