Look Forward to a Return Visit 
Michele at the front desk was extremely helpful, from making our initial reservation, to changing the date due to illness to making our dinner reservations at the Sardine Factory. We are sorry we didn't get to say good-bye to her when we checked out… Thank you for making our 50th birthday celebration so painless. Michele was outstanding. She made our dinner reservations and Sardine Factory. [A]nother group of ladies celebrating birthdays [was seated] next to us. They were jealous of the all of the amenities we received at Victorian Inn, so they will stay with you the next time they are in town too. Looking forward to a return visit. And, this is the best Best Western franchise I've stayed out. I didn't have great experiences staying at others and Michele restored my faith in Best Western.

Keep Up the Great Work - We'll be Back Name unknown, at front desk - she confirmed our reservation on check-in, and calculated our Best Western Reward points on check-out. Very friendly and accommodating. I referred to her as Ms. Awesome… Excellent in all respects. We send thanks for the wonderful [ ] welcome back surprise. Lady (poodle mix) and Remy (wirehaired terrier) also send thanks for their own welcome back treats. Keep up the great work--we'll be back.

Quite Helpful [T]he front desk was quite helpful. I was with the group from [--] in August 4-5 and we had some special requests--lunches for our group, a cooler, early breakfast one morning. These were met readily and done well.

Look Forward to Visiting Every Year We stay at The Victorian Inn every year for the Blues Festival. We love staying in the most comfortable rooms with the vaulted ceilings. The staff is wonderful. I just love them dearly. I would rate the staff and management a 10... Michelle, Charlene and the entire staff. This includes the housekeepers as well. They are all great assets to the Best Western Corporation. .. Look forward to visiting them every year…. the rooms are so nice, it has a fireplace and ceiling fan with balcony… Everything else is fantastic. Very comfortable and within walking distance of Cannery Row and Outlet Mall. Also near Fisherman's Wharf… I will continue to pass the word around to the Monterey Blues Festival participants and to our friends and family that the Victorian Inn is the best hotel to stay at in Monterey.

Everything Was Tops Ambience was excellent. Everything was tops. I loved the fireplace. Felt like I was at a B & B. The best place we stayed at while in California!!! Actually maybe one of the best we have stayed at ever.
